Biomechanics

There are so many different running shoes out there that it is difficult for the average individual to know which is the right shoe for them. A good place to start is to ask yourself a few questions.

  • How far are you going to run?
  • What type of surface are you going to run on?
  • What type of runner are you biomechanically?
  • How much do you want to spend?
  • In what weather conditions are you running?

Getting accurate answers to these questions will likely lead you to the right shoe. Of course there are other individual preferences such as size and colour, but you won’t find those answers here!
